CEO statement

Strong performance and responsible growth are part of the same journey.

As I look back on 2025, I feel a deep sense of pride in what we have accomplished together with our valued partners. This has been a year of meaningful progress made possible by the dedication of our employees, the confidence of our customers and investors, and the strength of our partnerships. Once again, we saw that strong performance and responsible growth are not separate goals, but part of the same journey. Across our operations in Europe and North America, we continued to support leading brands with the reliability, flexibility, and care they need, while also taking important steps to build a stronger and more sustainable business for the future.

Our work continues to be guided by three priorities that are deeply connected to who we are and how we grow: People, Planet, and Packaging. In 2025, we made real progress in each of these areas. We expanded renewable energy sourcing, reduced electricity consumption in Europe beyond target, advanced waste reduction and recycling efforts, and continued investing in a more inclusive and engaged workforce through leadership development, training, and well-being initiatives. We also strengthened governance, supply chain accountability, and our participation in recognized ESG frameworks. These steps matter because they help us build a company that is not only more resilient and responsible, but also better prepared to serve our stakeholders for the long term.

As we look ahead, I am encouraged by the opportunities in front of us and by what we can achieve together. Our customers are navigating increasingly complex supply chains and changing expectations, and they need partners who can turn ambition into practical results. Our investors expect growth that is thoughtful, disciplined, and built to last. We take both responsibilities seriously. By continuing to invest in customer relationships, productivity, innovation, transparency, and responsible business practices, we are working every day to create lasting value while contributing to a more sustainable future for the industries and communities we serve.

Thank you for the trust you continue to place in Truvant.

100% renewable electricity23% of Truvant’s electricity use
  • Machine stretch-film cores are returned to the manufacturer and reused instead of becoming waste.
  • BOS audits were digitalized at one plant with a mobile application, removing paper documentation.
  • Water dispensers at one plant were connected directly to the mains, eliminating plastic water containers.

Share of electricity use refers to each site’s share of Truvant’s total electricity consumption in 2025, as shown in the report’s “Origin of Truvant’s electricity” chart.

Value chain

Long-lasting collaborations across the value chain

Truvant’s packaging activities are closely related to the relationships in its value chain. The company cooperates with its customers to choose the best packaging and production materials suppliers, ensuring that its clients’ needs are met. The group of key partners also includes printing houses, and suppliers of consumables such as pallets, stretch film, and external labels.

Truvant collaborates with international logistics providers who are crucial for timely delivery, both domestically and abroad.

Truvant’s skilled team of experts not only oversees operational processes, but also fosters relationships with key partners, building long-lasting collaborations.

Key stakeholders

The key stakeholder groups for Truvant were established as part of the double materiality assessment, evaluating both the influence of the stakeholder on the company and the influence of the company on the stakeholder. As a result of this process, three key stakeholder groups were identified: clients, workers and suppliers.

Clients

Truvant’s clients (customers) are companies mainly operating in the consumer goods, electronics, and hygiene products sectors that commission Truvant for packaging services.

Workers

Individuals employed by Truvant under employment contracts, collaborating under non-employment contracts, or working based on agreements with temporary employment agencies.

Suppliers

Business partners delivering materials, packaging, components, machinery, and services necessary for Truvant to provide packaging services.

Truvant engages with its key stakeholders by regular meetings, satisfaction surveys, audits, the Trunews employee magazine, newsletters or webinars.

Sustainability strategy

It started with our people: TruGreen

Our ESG journey began in 2021 with the TruGreen Project, an initiative that brought together employees from various departments and locations across Europe. Their ideas, insights, and passion helped us define our mission and lay the foundation for what would become our ESG strategy.

Planet

  • Greenhouse gas emissions
  • Circular economy
  • Green culture

People

  • Employees
  • Societies
  • Ethics

Packaging

  • Supply chain
  • Operational processes
  • Business development

Through this collaborative effort, our teams identified three key pillars that reflect our values and ambitions: People, Planet, and Packaging. These pillars evolved into a structured ESG program that we have been continuously developing across all regions, expanding knowledge, strengthening engagement, and delivering measurable improvements in our performance.

Building on this foundation, we formalized our sustainability strategy, redefining it into three core areas: Environment, Social, and Corporate Governance, fully aligned with our values. The ambitions and goals set within this framework take into account the nature of our services, customer needs, market characteristics, and the expectations of key stakeholders.

By setting ambitious targets in our ESG Strategy, we have committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, in particular:

  • 7Affordable and clean energy
  • 8Decent work and economic growth
  • 12Responsible consumption and production
  • 13Climate action

Our ambitions

Seven ambitions across E, S and G

Environment

  • Reduce our direct impact on climate and the environment
  • Be an expert on sustainable packaging solutions design to support our customers in implementing their strategies and achieving their sustainability goals

  • Collaborate with valued suppliers and NGOs on significant social and environmental challenges

ESG policy

Our primary sustainability framework

Truvant Europe’s ESG Policy defines our key ambitions and objectives in the areas of environment, society, and corporate governance. As the primary sustainability framework for our European operations, it sets strategic directions and measurable KPIs to monitor progress, with the intention to apply these principles wherever possible across other regions, including the United States.

Our commitments focus on reducing environmental impact, promoting circularity, and addressing climate change through energy efficiency, renewable energy use, and emissions monitoring. We also prioritize diversity, fair treatment, health and safety, and respect for human rights throughout our value chain. In governance, we uphold the highest ethical standards and actively manage sustainability risks.

This policy reflects our responsibility as an employer, partner, and corporate citizen, driving continuous improvement and collaboration with customers to achieve shared sustainability goals.

Double materiality assessment

How we decide what matters

The assessment follows the double materiality principle: issues are assessed from both the impact and the financial perspective. Any sustainability issue associated with a significant impact, risk, or opportunity was considered material.

2025 update

In 2025 and early 2026, we revised the double materiality assessment to include our global operations. In March 2026, we conducted an ESG workshop with the Truvant Europe ESG Team, the Senior Management Team and representatives of U.S. operations.

The goal was to better understand Truvant’s impacts, risks, and opportunities (IRO) across both regions, with a focus on own workforce, water, and consumers and product safety. The discussions resulted in the identification of additional material impacts and risks. The final IRO graphics, covering the material ESG topics for Truvant Europe, Truvant U.S. or global operations, open the Environment, Social and Governance chapters.
