At Truvant, we design and run packaging programs that reduce material, emissions, and waste for the world's most recognized brands.

Sustainability is embedded in how Truvant operates today and plans for the future. It shapes three commitments that guide our actions: supporting our employees across Europe and North America, helping customers identify opportunities to improve the sustainability of their packaging programs, and working with suppliers, customers, and our own teams to drive measurable progress.
Our 2025 Sustainability Report outlines our approach, key initiatives, and performance data. As our fifth report, and the first to combine our European and North American operations, it provides a consolidated view of our sustainability efforts and results.

TRUGreen organizes our sustainability work into three connected areas. Each maps to a part of our ESG strategy and to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Planet
Cutting greenhouse gas emissions, designing for circularity, and building a green culture across our sites. Covers energy, emissions, and waste.
People
Safe, inclusive, and fair workplaces for 3,100+ employees across Europe and North America, plus active engagement with the communities around our plants.
Packaging
Eco-design, responsible sourcing, and supply chain choices that lower footprint for the brands we serve. This is where sustainability and commercial value meet.
Energy: 7% less electricity in Europe
We cut electricity use in Europe by 7% in 2025, against a 2% target. Renewable electricity reached 46% globally and 100% across European operations, covered by renewable energy certificates; we set our North American baseline in 2025.
Emissions: attested across all three scopes
Our carbon footprint is calculated in accordance with the GHG Protocol and independently attested. Total Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 12,819 tCO2e (market-based). European Scope 2 stands at zero on a market-based basis, the result of full renewable certificate coverage. Scope 3 across Europe and Dallas totaled 83,977 tCO2e.
Waste: zero to landfill in Europe
Total waste in Europe fell 4% to 8,011 tonnes, against a 1% target. 82% was directed to recycling, and zero waste went to landfill in Europe. In North America, we have started a landfill diversion program at our Dallas site.
Our workforce numbers 3,100+ across Europe and North America. Women make up 59% of the total, 50% of senior management.

2,000+
