Bottling and blistering.
Tablets, caplets, capsules, softgels, gel caps, gummies, and soft chews, into HDPE, PET, glass, or vials, or into thermoform and cold-form blister cards. Gummy and chewable filling runs under temperature and humidity control, so counts and fill weights hold through a long run.
Pouching, sachets, and stick packs.
Four-side sealed, gusseted, and resealable pouches, plus stick packs and sachets, for regimen programs, daily packs, and subscription builds. Multiple pills fill into a single pouch for daily-dose programs.
Probiotics and cold chain.
A packaging center built and monitored specifically for live cultures and other moisture-sensitive products: temperature and humidity held to a set range year-round, on its own HVAC and filtration system, with 24/7 monitoring. Cold-form blister, vial, bottle, and sachet formats are chosen against the barrier your formulation needs.
Certifications and quality.
FDA registered and FDA inspected, running under cGMP (21 CFR Parts 210 and 211). NSF, Organic, Gluten Free, and Kosher certified. Across the network, at applicable campuses: BRCGS AA+, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, ISO 15378, SMETA audited and Sedex verified, and EcoVadis.
Club, display, and kitting.
Club store displays, PDQ and point-of-purchase builds, gift-with-purchase and sampling kits, direct-to-consumer welcome kits, and subscription builds, reconfigured per program rather than run on fixed lines.
Class I medical devices.
Truvant is FDA registered for Class I medical devices, packaged on customized line configurations with a multi-layered inspection process. Our scope stops at Class I; we don't package prescription pharmaceutical products.
